The company utilizes a direct marketing model for its products so that students can use their referral income to hedge their brokerage accounts as well as an opportunity for economic freedom.
3 AM Capital LLC does not consider itself a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). Given this fact, all materials provided to members and information on our website are for educational purposes and should not be taken for specific financial advice.
The company strives for our Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and students alike to adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in dealing with both members and prospective members.
The following policies and procedures are designed to ensure the quality of such behaviors, and the company will not tolerate any member (IBO) caught violating any of the company’s policies and procedures. It is therefore the responsibility of each member client to read through these policies and procedures.
Penalty for violation
The penalty for violating company policies is the termination of the privilege of being a member of our company.
Discrimination
Here at 3 AM Capital, we believe in only one race; the human race, and no discrimination will be tolerated on the basis of ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Age requirement
3 AM Capital will under no circumstance knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Users of the product and services offered on our website must be of the age where they have the legal authority to accept the Disclaimers, Policies, and Procedures.
Visitors to our site who are under the age of 18 should do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
International client members in countries where 3 AM Capital LLC is authorized to do business must abide by the applicable laws governing doing business in that country and pay the applicable taxes and fees.

Here at 3 AM Capital LLC maintaining clients’ trust and confidence is of the highest priority. We understand quite well your concerns regarding how we will treat your nonpublic personal information (“Client Information”) that will be obtained from you as we provide you with our products and services.

Information we collect from you for the Learning Center
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide your email address. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
–Send you information about your account and order
–Create your account for our Learning Management system (LMS)
If you register a free account then we will store your email address.
We store information about you for as long as your account exists.
We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments, and/or essay submissions (if applicable).
We will also store comments on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if you choose to leave them.
Payment information that we collect and store
All payments are done through WooCommerce Stripe Express and 3 Am capital does not store on our website any of your credit card information.
Who do we share your data with?
3 AM Capital restricts access to your information solely to our company employees who will need to know that information in order to provide you with our products and services. And to law enforcement agencies that may require it by law to help the government fight the funding of terrorism, money laundering, and fraud. Emphasis: 3 AM Capital will not share your information with law enforcement agencies unless they have the proper court document to facilitate their request, i.e. a Warrant
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Members are Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are owners of their own businesses and not employees of the company. It is, therefore; their responsibility, to see to all applicable federal state, local taxes, and business insurances.
Business Rules
Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who for whatever reason may will or transfer their business to a spouse, child, or sibling. In the event of a member client wishing to sell their company, first priority must be given to 3 AM Capital LLC.
3 AM Capital must be given 10 days to refuse after that the IBO may go ahead and sell his or her business.
3 AM Capital employs a forced matrix compensation system so there is no need for unauthorized manipulation downline to affect commissions and payouts, and it will not be tolerated.
Unethical behavior of IBOs must be reported within 30 days of sponsorship and 3 AM capital will take appropriate measures to discipline such IBO.
Prospective member clients have the right to choose their sponsor, and all forms of competition are strictly prohibited. The forced matrix system that 3 AM Capital employs creates an equitable playing field for member clients and an atmosphere of working together as a team rather than competing.
Independent Business Owners may sponsor prospective member clients in any country that 3 AM capital is authorized to do business. But they must abide by all the regulatory oversight of their business in that country and pay all necessary taxes and fees.
Marketing
All forms of marketing social media and otherwise, telemarketing must adhere to the FTC rules and the rules of the governing body in which 3 AM Capital LLC is authorized to do business.
Independent Business Owners (IBOs) must do all their advertising and all forms of marketing and communication as Independent Business Owners selling directly for the company and not as the company itself.
Sales aids and all forms of marketing devices distributed will be given 14 days grace period in which they are eligible for a refund.
- No profane or vulgar language may be used in any form of marketing.
- The use of aliases is prohibited in any form of marketing
- All form of spamming is prohibited
- IBOs may not randomly call unknown individuals without their consent for the purpose of making them prospective member clients
This rule does not apply to prospective member clients who have made inquiries and have left call-back numbers.
It is the responsibility of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) to familiarize themselves with FTC rules concerning telemarketing. It is YOU AND YOU ALONE NOT 3 AM CAPITAL that bears the sole responsibility for any penalties or fines incurred for violating any of those rules.

Electronic Delivery Agreement
This is to certify that you have agreed that all communications, documents, agreements, disclosure, and notices between you and 3 AM Capital will be done in a digital format.
Printed versions of certain documents may be available upon request; however, 3 AM Capital reserves the right to deny, restrict or charge you for paper copies.
Security and Responsibilities
All Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and member clients are responsible for the security of their login credentials issued by 3 AM Capital. Any breach of their security protocol that happens from their computer into their 3 AM Capital account is their responsibility.
3 AM Capital may provide links to its training manual for Clearing Houses, Brokerage Firms, and global markets. We take no responsibility for losses or security breaches that may happen to you while you navigate these sites. You are the decision maker while you navigate these sites and you are responsible for anything that happens to you while you visit them.
Billing Cycle
3 AM Capital employs a 28-day billing cycle with a two-day grace period. This is directly due to the direct marketing model of the company and the company’s bimonthly payout cycle.
Refund And Cancellation
3 AM Capital LLC guarantees a 7-day money-back refund policy on our products and services. This does not include taxes and fees.
In the event of a price change such as a decrease in the price of products and services, the company guarantees price protection on the price you pay when you sign up.
Because we are a subscription-based direct marketing company should you choose to cancel after the 7 days you are required to pay the $140 re-occurring subscription fee plus a $60 service charge.
If you choose to cancel login into your account and submit your request along with your email receipt. IBOs will receive their remaining commission balance should they choose to cancel.
Cancellation can be done by logging into your account and submitting your request along with your receipts. Please note after 28 days the $10 IBO fee is non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
All contents of our website are the intellectual property of 3 AM Capital and must not be used or reproduced in any way without being given prior written consent.
