Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

3 AM Capital LLC guarantees a 7-day money-back refund policy on our products and services. This does not include taxes and fees.

We employ a direct marketing model for our subscription-based products and services, with a by-weekly payout plan. This gives rise to our 7 days refund policy guideline.

In the event of a price change such as a decrease in the price of products and services, the company guarantees price protection on the price you pay when you sign up.

Cancellation

Because we are a subscription-based direct marketing company should you choose to cancel after the 7 days you are required to pay the $140 re-occurring subscription fee plus a $60 service charge.

If you choose to cancel login into your account and submit your request along with your email receipt. IBOs will receive their remaining commission balance should they choose to cancel.

Cancellation can be done by logging into your account and submitting your request along with your receipts. Please note after 28 days the $10 IBO fee is non-refundable.

Once you become a member of our company you are required to certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund and cancellation policy.

In the unlikely event that the cost of any of our products may change you are guaranteed price protection based on what you pay when you sign up.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. And we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
